2026 DoIT Emerging Technology Exchange: Intentional AI: Sharing Practices for Learning, Teaching, Working, and Imagining What's Next Join students, staff, faculty, and AI partners on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for a full-day, in-person gathering focused on practical, purposeful, and responsible uses of AI across our learning community. Through lightning talks, demonstrations, interactive sessions, a vendor panel and live podcast, networking, and shared discussion, participants will explore real-world applications of AI for learning, teaching, productivity, process improvement, and the thoughtful use of assistants—while connecting with resources and ongoing learning communities. Participants may qualify to earn a digital badge. Earn the Intentional AI Digital Badge Earn the Intentional AI Digital Badge by participating in at least three eligible Intentional AI learning sessions. This microcredential recognizes individuals who engage in exploring the effective, ethical, and responsible applications of AI. Participants may select three sessions from any of the following sessions: Intentional AI Lightning Talks Demo Talks Ethics, Equity & AI Literacy Through these learning opportunities, participants gain practical insights from students, faculty, staff, technology partners, and campus experts while developing a deeper understanding of AI's role in teaching, learning, operations, creativity, and problem-solving. Lunch will be provided to full day attendees.
