About this event
Learn skills to build healthy, supportive relationships and navigate life transitions with confidence. Led by Bianca Wilson from the WellCat Counseling Center, this workshop will explore communication skills, boundary setting, conflict resolution, consent and healthy relationships, managing loneliness and transition stress, and emotional regulation in adulthood. The Life Skills Series, a collaboration between The Well and Rec Sports, is a workshop series designed to help students build practical skills for everyday life on and beyond campus. Through interactive sessions focused on financial independence, healthy eating, mental wellness, and building healthy adult relationships, students will gain tools and resources to support their wellbeing, increase confidence, and navigate life with greater balance and resilience. The Well is committed to making our events accessible to everyone. If you require an accommodation or service to fully participate, please contact thewell@csuchico.edu prior to the event. This workshop is a part of Wellness Week. Join the Associated Students (AS) for a week of events from October 5–9 to help you recharge, de-stress, and discover the wellness resources available to you on campus. This is a chance for students to explore what supports their wellbeing—not just this week, but all semester long!
