About this event

The Wildcat Wellness & Recovery group is a welcoming community for Chico State students interested in wellness, recovery, and healthier living. Grounded in harm reduction, peer support, and belonging, the group offers a safe, stigma-free space to connect, share experiences, build coping skills, and access campus resources. Whether you're in recovery, exploring changes to your relationship with substances, supporting a friend, or simply looking for a positive community, you are welcome. Together, we promote wellness, resilience, academic success, and meaningful connection.
